Testimonials:

"This stuff is *mud*. Literally Mud from the bottom of a lake bed. You smear this mud all over your body (my TV effects me from neck to midsection) and you feel like you just stemped out of a swamp. Let the mud dry on your skin (about 10-15 mins) and then wash it off real good and put some lotion on. I have done 3 applications so far and my "blotches" are thining out so much you can hardly see them anymore. I am really convinced that this product works. Bottom line, if you're looking for something new that isn't available at walmart or walgreens, try Saprox. It's been doing great for me, and if it is a cure-all I will be soooooooooooo happy. The spots don't bother me, but it's tough to get chicks when your chest looks polka-dotted and very unpleasant to the eye. Good luck." Chris

"I recently purchased your Saprox product for my tinea versicolor condition.
I am very happy with the results with just a couple applications.

Natural Antifungal for tinea versicolor

Saprox is a natural antifungal mud that has proven clinical success on many suffering from tinea versicolor, tinea pedis and other tinea infections. Saprox works naturally by its high sulfur content. Research demonstrates positive outcomes when sulfur is applied to dermatological conditions like tinea versicolor.

Tinea Versicolor as seen on someone's back and face. Tinea versicolor is easily seen during the summer months as the areas do not tan.

Ingredients: Lake-bottom mud high in sulfur, water. That's it.

Directions: After showering, apply a thin layer of Saprox well beyond the areas affected with tinea versicolor. Let dry. Once dried, wash off in the shower. Repeat daily for 7-10 days. Clearing will be seen on the second day but do not stop as the fungal spores likely still exist in small numbers and must be eradicated completely to prevent re-infection.

Safety: For external use only. Do not ingest or put on open wounds. Saprox has been tested for heavy metals by a third party and results demonstrate levels well below the requirements. Saprox may be used externally by pregnant women. Do not apply on the breast if breastfeeding. Always seek the advice of a health professional.

Causes of Tinea Versicolor:  Typically occurs in individuals who have a weak immune system, chronically stressed or consume a diet high in refined carbohydrates and sugar.

Supportive Treatments of Tinea Versicolor: Saprox has shown effectiveness in treating tinea versicolor. However, it does not address the cause of tinea. To prevent recurrence, it is necessary to alter your diet limiting refined carbohydrates and sugars. A low vitamin D status is commonly seen in dermatological conditions. Replenishing vitamin D3 is easy to do with proper vitamin D3 supplementation. It is suggested testing for serum 25 (OH) Vitamin D3 be done first before starting a vitamin D supplement. Vitamin D2 is not utilized well by our body so avoid supplements which are D2.

Sulfur has antifungal, antibacterial, and keratolytic activity. In the past, its use was widespread in dermatological disorders such as acne vulgaris, rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis, dandruff, pityriasis versicolor, scabies, and warts. Adverse events associated with topically applied sulfur are rare and mainly involve mild application site reactions. Sulfur, used alone or in combination with agents such as sodium sulfacetamide or salicylic acid, has demonstrated efficacy in the treatment of many dermatological conditions.
