Our packaging:
We do not like to consume materials that can be reused. The environment has already suffered enough. HealthE Goods aims to conserve and participate in low consumption. Thus, our peanuts are saved from incoming shipments and reused on outgoing. Our boxes are saved from incoming shipments as well.
Our Shipping Goal and Speed:
If you would like to request overnight shipping, we will see if we can help you out (please see below). Most orders arrive between 3 and 6 business days. We know you want your products quickly and we do our best to get them out the door and out of Seattle, Washington (our base). For most shipments, we upgrade your package to USPS Priority Mail 2 Day Post at no extra charge. You will be sent a tracking number via email and that will alert you when your package was sent and when it will arrive.
In the rare event your item is backordered, we will notify you via email. Once we receive it in stock, we will ship it out to you right away.
Did you want to add more items to your order after placing it and save on the extra shipping?
If you place an order and realize you forgot to add something, simply re-order the forgotten items through our website and put a note into the comments section of your order explaining that you would like to combine the two orders in your name. We will refund the shipping charge on the second order as appropriate, and you will receive confirmation of the revision the same day.
Faster Shipping Requests or Signature Required?:
If you need us to send your package faster or signature required, please email our shipper Sherah (sherah@healthegoods.com) with your request after placing your order and we will be glad to do so. Please note that this arrangement is only possible if the items are in stock. Please be sure to include your first and last name in your email. Actual shipping charges plus a $5.00 service charge will apply. We always compare pricing between carriers to save you money.
**Alaska and Hawaii and other USA outlying lovely spots:
If the items are quite heavy or numerous, we have to ship FedEx which will incur additional charges. We will email you the shipping options and rates and await your approval. The costs are actual shipping charges as we do not want to profit from shipping expenses. We do all we can to keep your shipping rates down and are very creative with it. If we find that overseas shipping is very slow, we will call you to see if you want to upgrade to Priority US Mail as it is usually not that much more and will arrive to you within 3 business days instead of 4 weeks or so. By default, we send packages US Priority Mail if your shipping rate covers our costs. We even eat some shipping costs sometimes as we want you to get your products quickly!
APO Orders:
We support the men and women of the US Military. If you have a loved one, friend, or yourself in the military, we can ship our products directly to the APO address. We send all APO orders via Priority Mail to ensure speedy delivery. If over $145.00, your order ships free.
International shipping is available:
Please be advised that your country may charge additional import fees for which HealthE Goods cannot be responsible. Not all countries accept what we sell. We will do our best to see if your country accepts your purchase before we send it. If not, we will refund your money full less shipping charges. We ship using the United States Postal Service which usually does not charge duties or taxes - and they are faster. Typically your products arrive within 4-10 days.
***International Shipping Costs:
If the amount of shipping charge in the cart is not enough to cover costs, we will charge your credit card the difference in shipping and a $5.00 handling fee to your account. Usually the amount in the cart covers the costs unless the items are heavy or if you have numerous items. Please be advised that your country may charge additional fees such as duty tax. There is no free shipping for international. Sorry. It is a lot of work for us to fill out all the customs forms.
Damages During Shipment:
Any products damaged during transit, please notify us within one business day and we will work with FedEx or UPS to pay for the damages. Please take photographs and write down a description of the damages.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Any products lost or stolen are unfortunately out of our control. We will help you try to locate them but if they end up being lost or stolen, we cannot ship you new products for free. Many times if a shipment is missing, it is because someone's neighbor or partner took the package and forgot to tell them! This has happened many times!
Unclaimed Packages:
We use special software to verify that each shipping address we ship to exists. If the address you provide us is validated but your package is returned to us as "refused" or "unclaimed," a restocking fee will be added to your total in the amount of shipping plus $5.00.
Holidays:
Standard holidays (when the Post Office is closed) prevent HealthE Goods from shipping on that day. Expect a slightly slower delivery time during these times. HealthE Goods will ship your products on the next available shipping date.
