Shipping Policy

Order by 12:00 PM PST (Seattle, WA) Monday through Friday and your order will likely ship the same day.

Free USA Ground Shipping on all orders over $75.00.

(Exceptions are shipments weighing more than 10 lbs going to Hawaii and Alaska. We will charge actual ground shipping costs on these orders.)
We offer Free USA Ground Shipping on items $35 and over for these following brands:

Shipping Rates:
We use real-time shipping rates quoted directly from UPS and the US Postal Service. So what you see quoted as a shipping fee is very close to what we pay. We do add a small percentage on top of the actual shipping cost to help offset the cost of the box, tape, labels and paper.

We have an excellent Shipping Cost Calculator which you may find in the Shopping Cart.

We allow you to choose which shipping speed you desire and see how much it costs for each. This way you can see real-time rates and obtain the best shipping price. Many companies only provide three options: Ground, Priority and maybe Express. With those three options, they charge flat fees for shipping as well - they do not obtain real-time quotes from professional carriers.

Another cool feature is since we use both UPS and US Postal Service, you can select the cheapest rate between the two carriers.

Our International customers also can choose which speed of shipment they desire.

Shipping Times:
We allow all of our customers to choose between USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We also offer FedEx for Internationals. Below we have estimated shipping times and delivery

United States Postal Service

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days (Typically 2 Days)

USPS First Class International: Varies, typically from 8-10 business days

USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days


Federal Express

FedEx Ground: 5-7 business days within the contiguous U.S / 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.

FedEx 2Day: By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).

FedEx Express Saver 3Day: Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m. in 3 business days

FedEx Standard Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas

FedEx Priority Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

FedEx International Economy: 2-5 business days. Saturday delivery available in countries where Saturday is a regular business day.

FedEx International Priority: 1-3 business days. Saturday pickup and delivery available in many areas.

Shipment Notification and Tracking:

We keep you up to speed throughout the entire process here at HealthE Goods.
  • Immediately after your purchase, you receive a Sales Receipt via email.
  • Once we begin processing your order, you receive an Order Confirmation via email stating when your order will ship.
  • Once your order ships, you immediately receive Tracking Information via email.
  • You may come back and visit to login to your account to check the status of your package any time you like.

Our Packaging:
At HealthE Goods, we reuse, reduce and recycle to the fullest extent. Website companies can use a ton of cardboard, paper and create loads of trash daily if not careful.

All packaging coming from us is discreet. There are no indications on the box of what you ordered when we ship your parcel out. Except on International shipments, which must have a copy of the invoice on outside of box due to customs.

We are careful. In one week, we don't even fill up a residential sized garbage can of trash. How many companies with 5 employees running a warehouse and shipping products in and out can say that? One as far as I know.
  • Reuse incoming peanuts from our suppliers.
  • Reuse boxes from our incoming shipments and from other sources.
  • Purchase biodegradable recycled content boxes and packing peanuts.
  • Print your Sales Receipt on 100% recycled paper double-sided with our return policy.
  • We do not print Packing Slips. We use your Sales Receipt to pick and pack your order. Your sales receipt looks pretty fancy because of this dual use - and it cost a pretty penny to create. This trick alone saves more than 150 pages a day - and growing. That is a ton of paper.

APO Orders:
We support the men and women of the US Military. If you have a loved one, friend, or yourself in the military, we can ship our products directly to the APO address. Our $75 Free Shipping is still valid for these orders. Shipped free with USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipping:

Please be advised that your country may charge additional import fees for which HealthE Goods cannot be responsible. Please note that all countries do not accept what we sell. We strongly recommend that you research before purchasing to see if what you are ordering can be accepted in your country. If a shipment is not allowed into your country, we cannot be responsible for the cost of the product or the shipping.

We recommend using FedEx for international shipments as they provide tracking & insurance for packages. The United States Postal Service usually does not provide this and many countries do not qualify for insurance with USPS.  Typically your products arrive within 4-10 days.

Exceptions: All shipments for supplements going to Spain  & Germany will be cancelled due to restrictions on imports coming from the U.S 

If your package does not arrive to you within a 45 day period we will work with you to find out where the package is. If it turns out the package is lost or was never received you are eligible for a refund. To receive a full refund you will need to write us with a signed letter, this is for insurance purposes. Included with this signed letter will be the required following information listed below, we can help you find the information you need if you do not have it available.

Required info with signed letter:

  • Date your Package was shipped
  • Order Number
  • Description of Product
  • State the cause such as "Never Received", or "Damaged". If damaged please describe and also if it is repairable.

If Claim is for damage, please provide a detailed description of the damage, state if repairs are possible, the cost of repair and any salvage value if not repairable. Please hold on to the item until a resolution is found.

Please be advised that your country may charge additional fees such as duty tax. Refusal to pay may result in package being abandoned. There are no refunds for this. There is no free shipping for international. Sorry. It is a lot of work for us to fill out all the customs forms.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Any products lost or stolen are unfortunately out of our control. We will help you try to locate them but if they end up being lost or stolen, we cannot ship you new products for free. Many times if a shipment is missing, it is because someone's neighbor or partner took the package and forgot to tell them! This has happened many times!

Unclaimed Packages:
We use special software to verify that each shipping address we ship to exists. If the address you provide us is validated, but your package is returned to us as, “refused”, “unclaimed”, or with no RMA #, you will be contacted via the phone number provided. If we cannot get a hold of you we will credit back your account less shipping and a standard 20% Restock fee. Please see our Return Policy for reference.

Holidays:
Standard holidays (when the Post Office is closed) prevent HealthE Goods from shipping that day. Expect a slightly slower delivery time during these times due to carriers being overwhelmed. If you desire your packages quickly, please select a faster shipping option during the holidays.
