Q: I am wondering if you offer a line of bars that are vegan?  Thanks!   

A: The brands of nutrition bars that we carry are BioGenesis, Zing Bars, and Rebars. Many of our nutrition bars contain whey protein derived from milk.

Fortunately, all ReBar nutrition bars are vegan, as they contain no animal products. See the wonderful flavors below:

ReBars are not very high in protein, however.  For a more substantial snack, some of the flavors of Zing Bars are also Vegan:  Cranberry Orange, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, and the new and delicious Chocolate Coconut are all made with rice protein.

BioGenesis also makes some of their bars with rice protein for persons who are sensitive to dairy: Chocolate Mint, Chocolate, Crispy Rice, and Spice.  These bars do include Vitamin D3, however, and I am not sure how that ingredient is sourced.  Usually vitamin D3 for supplements is derived from sheep's wool, so it is technically an animal product and therefore not vegan in the strictest sense.
