I have had my daughter on these drops since she was about 2 months old & she is very settled. Should I stop now? Can they be used long term?

Answer:

The ingredients in Viburcol are low potency homeopathic.

Long term use is safe but not recommended as it may be covering up a condition that needs to be addressed.

From my perspective - this means that if your daughter is nervous and restless, she may be responding this way due to numerous factors.

•  low nutrient status especially of B vitamins and protein
•  food intolerance especially common with wheat / gluten and dairy products
• environmental issues such as black mold in the home or gas stove / gas furnace emissions in the home
• poor sleeping due to dust mite intolerance / allergy or lack of oxygen in the room
• lack of exercise
• off gassing of new carpets and new clothing
• lack of interaction with other children
