Blue Borage is a delicate, rare raw honey from one of the nature's unrest and unpolluted sources. It is complete with all the nutrition infused by nature. This delicacy is derived from unpolluted floral sources and chemical-free hives.
It is such a rare honey that we honey-lovers should be grateful to the beekeepers who sacrifice so much to share this experience with us!
Nick's hives are located in the remote high country in the Clarence Valley on the South Island of New Zealand. The valley is flanked by mountains on every side, free of industry, agriculture, and development. Access to the hives is via a 1200 meter pass that is blocked by snow in winter and subject to muddy slips and rock falls during frequent flooding.

I typically am not a fan of honey but this one got me. The borage puts an interesting consistency to the honey making it extremely smooth and silky. I can't keep my spoon out of it!

I bought one of these and opened it up hastily. There was some honey on the lid. I took my finger tried some of the honey. It put a smile on my face :) . Without a doubt the best tasting honey I have ever had before. Nothing like that honey I have bought in stores. I didn't know if I believed the hype, but this stuff is good!

Based on some of the health benefits on honey I went in search of a honey that did not leave an after taste and one that my taste buds could tolerate. I stumbled upon the Blue Borage by Mountain Honey. It is awesome - the best tasting honey I have found. After purchasing several high quality rated honey's I forgot where my purchase was made. Luckily I found this on line site. I am making a purchase now for myself and many family members. This is one honey definitely worth keeping in stock.
