Children with ADD/ADHD-like symptoms commonly have dairy allergies. Bio-Focus Rice Berry has no dairy at all.

Bio-Focus for Kids and Bio-Focus for Adults is the same product with different dosage guidelines. So adults can take the same product by simply increasing the amount of scoops:
Ages 3-5: 1 scoop per day in the morning into 6-8 oz of water or beverage of your choice.
Ages 6-8: 1.5 scoops per day in the morning into 10oz of water or beverage of your choice.
Ages 10-14: 2 scoops 1-2 times per day in the morning into 10-12 oz of water or beverage of your choice.
Age 15-adult: 2 scoops 1-2 times per day in the morning into 8-10 oz of water or beverage of your choice.

I personally have used the energy bars and the multigreens in my own daily routine and the results are more than I expected. I haven't had the whole kit yet though. I take multigreens daily due to the fact that in my diet I defintley don't eat all the vegetables and fruits I need. After I eat I take them and always can 'feel' the difference then when I do not. As apposed to being fatiuged after a nice meal, I have energy. The bars do a great job of providing a healthy wholefood bar, which have loads of quality vitamins in them. And they taste great! My favorites are the Zing Blueberry, Spice, and Peanut butter crunch bars. I wish I had found out about these sooner!
