Non-spill, easy-sip, soft spouts.
Can be used with the Klean Kanteen 12 oz Bottle with Sippy Adapter Cap.
The secret is the patented non-spill, easy-sip Philips AVENT Magic Valve found only in the Philips AVENT Magic Cup. While drinking, the valve flexes open for air to flow in, allowing a continuous flow of liquid out. That means less suction is needed, making drinking from the Magic Cup easy for babies and toddlers. So easy in fact, that you can introduce cup feeding, using the Magic Cup, months earlier than other non-spill cups.
When not in use, the Magic Valve closes so no messy spills occur. The cups are easy to assemble and take apart and are dishwasher safe.
Includes a Soft Spout for easy transition from breast or bottle to cup. Available in single and twin packs, with and without easy-hold handles.
- Soft Spout- for easy first steps from breast to spout
- Patented Magic Valve controls the flow to avoid spillage
- Easy to grip, removable handles
- Magic Spouts and Handles also fit the AVENT Airflex Bottle
- Contains 2 spouts
- Made of Silicone which means no BPA
- May be used with the 12 oz Klean Kanteen with Sippy Adapter Cap
To use with the Klean Kanteen:
- Purchase the 12oz w/ Sippy Adapter and Spouts
- If you already have the 12oz bottle, simply purchase the Sippy Adapter Cap by Klean Kanteen
- Wash the spout well by boiling for 5 minutes. Then completely DRY the spout before installation. If the spout is dry, you will not get leaks. That is a tip directly from many mothers who have told us this pearl.
- Unscrew the black Adapter Cap
- Place your hand on the end of the nipple and pull it through the open top part of the Adapter Cap. Pull the spout until it gets held in place well inside the Adapter Cap.
- Screw the Adapter Cap back together. Do not over-tighten as this may cause it to leak. Snug is enough.
- That's it! You now have a safe baby bottle for your little one to drink from.
Can the spouts go into a dishwasher?
No, they are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash or boil for 5 minutes to sterilize.
Can fizzy drinks go in the cup?
No, this will stop the valve from working.
What is the life span of the spouts?
The recommend life span is 2 to 3 months for safety and hygiene reasons.
How can the cups and spouts be sterilized?
All the components can be sterilized using a Philips AVENT electric, electronic or microwave steam Sterilizer or boil for 5 minutes.
How does the valve work?
When baby sucks the valve opens allowing air to flow, giving a continuous flow of liquid - when baby stops sucking the valve closes.
Can I mix and feed formula milk in the MAGIC Cup or Magic Sportster?
We do not recommend mixing formula in the cup, as the powder may clog the non-spill valve and cause leaking problems. Pre-mixed formula can be placed into the cup.

My son prefers these to any other sippy cup spout, so I ordered extras for the cups that he has to replace the hard spouts that came with the Avent sippy cups. They even fit in the Avent bottle tops, so I was able to "create" several more sippy cups out of them. The other advantages to these spouts is that they don't leak like many others, and they last a long time, even with dishwasher cleaning.

I love the option of using the bottles I already have as sippy cups.

I give 5 stars to all Avent Products. I have had no problems, whatsoever, with Avent.
