To use with the Klean Kanteen:

• Purchase the 12oz w/ Sippy Adapter and Spouts
• If you already have the 12oz bottle, simply purchase the Sippy Adapter Cap by Klean Kanteen
• Wash the spout well by boiling for 5 minutes. Then completely DRY the spout before installation. If the spout is dry, you will not get leaks. That is a tip directly from many mothers who have told us this pearl.
• Unscrew the black Adapter Cap
• Place your hand on the end of the nipple and pull it through the open top part of the Adapter Cap. Pull the spout until it gets held in place well inside the Adapter Cap.
• Screw the Adapter Cap back together. Do not over-tighten as this may cause it to leak. Snug is enough.
• That's it! You now have a safe baby bottle for your little one to drink from.

How often should I replace the spout in the Magic Cup?

It is important to inspect spouts before and after each use. Replace the spout when worn, damaged or punctured, for example by biting. In any event, we recommend replacing spouts after 2-3 months of use.
