Thank you for the Klean Kanteen sippy bottle. The service was excellent. I received communication about my order continually throughout the purchase/shipping to confirm the order and keep me updated. The product arrived surprisingly very quickly (I live in Hawaii). The product was in perfect condition, all items were present. I especially appreciated the low waste packaging - just a cardboard box and corn starch peanut packing ... NO PLASTIC! WONDERFUL !!!
