Dr Ben graduated from Bastyr University, June 2007. He currently resides in Bothell, Washington with his wife, Nadja, and two boys, Tasman and Matvei.

Dr Ben is currently expanding his online educational articles via blogs, articles and forums. He plans to develop four other websites in an attempt to bring further self-care knowledge to the public.
