Causes of Yeast Infections

- eliminate the yeast but also have to eliminate the sugar and mercury

- poor digestion which is linked to stress
- vaginal yeast infections caused by the above and also through semen changing the pH of the vagina
Dietary Changes to help Eliminate Yeast Infections
- increase fiber through chia seeds and fibrous vegetables.
- limit intake of sugar as much as possible eat more protein to balance blood sugar levels
- eat protein with each meal.
- eat every couple hours eat a lot of fresh crushed garlic. crush it and let it sit for 20 minutes. then eat. this makes more allicin which is very antifungal.
Lifestyle Changes to help Eliminate Yeast Infections
- consider colonics do a series of 6 if you are not feeling week. talk with your colon hydrotherapist.
- ensure 2 bowel movements daily
- enemas may be useful here
- consider coffee enemas
Supplementation System to help Elimination Yeast Infections
- need to kill and implant beneficial bacteria at the same time.
- need antifungals that are potent
What i typically recommend to help eliminate yeast infections:
- Microbial Defense: Consider starting with 1 capsule with breakfast for 2 days and then increase to 1 capsule with breakfast and 1 capsule with lunch for 3 days. Then increase to 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch and around 5 pm for 3 days. Then increase to 2 capsules with breakfast, 2 with lunch and 2 at 5 pm for 1 month. Then taper back down. Make sure to take the last dose of Microbial Defense at least 3 hours before taking any probiotics.
- ProBiota 12 Powder: 1/4 teaspoon after dinner for 1 week and then increase to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 month and then back down to 1/4 teaspoon and stay on that.
- Saccharomyces Boulardii: 2 capsules after dinner. Do for 3 months then stop. Microbial Defense: 1 capsule with breakfast and 1 with lunch for 1 week, then increase to 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 with lunch
- Cal/Mag Butyrate: 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 with dinner for 2 months and then stop. Biotin: 1 capsule anytime of day until bottle is gone then stop
- Liver Nutrients: 1 capsule taken with dinner. helps reduce die off symptoms
- Optimal Vitamin C: add 1 scoop to a liter of water and drink throughout the day. Helps reduce die off symptoms
- Chia Seeds: prepare chia seed gel
Additional Options Depending on your situation:
- Ashwagandha: if you are stressed, consider taking 2 capsules in the AM and 2 before bed. Take as needed but no more than 6 a day.
- PreGestion: If you belch after most meals, consider taking 1 to 2 capsules with each big meal to stimulate stomach acid production.
- ProDigestion Intensive: if you get gas and bloating after many meals, your digestive enzymes are likely not doing well. Take 1 to 2 during meals.
- Taurine: if you have troubles digesting fats and you have your gallbladder intact, consider taking 1 capsule of Taurine with dinner.
How to make Chia Gel: Put 1/3 cup of dried chia seeds into a resealable glass container. Add two cups of filtered water and stir with a whisk. Wait 510 minutes and whisk again before refrigerating. Chia gel will last up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator. If you choose to eat the Optimal Chia Seeds in a gel form, you can add them right in to jams, jellies, peanut butter, milkshakes, nut spreads, smoothies, hot or cold cereals, yogurts, mustard, ketchup, tartar sauce, barbecue sauces, and more. It makes a great fat substitute, promoting energy and endurance and weight loss.
Women with reccurent vaginial yeast infections:
Consider all the above plus ProBiota Woman. Consider inserting 1 capsule of ProBiota Woman vaginally each evening before bed.
Infants to 2 yr olds:
ProBiota Infant: place 1/4 teaspoon directly on the tongue each evening after breastfeeding or the last bottle feeding.
