Colic
Infant Colic is commonly caused by:
- Foods which cause Mom to have indigestion also cause Baby to have indigesion if Breastfed. Don't eat these foods, Mom.
- Intolerant to the formula. Change the formula. Goat Milk formulas are best.
- Not burping after meals. Burp baby after each feeding.
- Ensure no excess air is getting into baby while feeding or sucking on a pacifier. Ensure a good latch on Mom's nipple or bottle. Get a well designed pacifer.
- Don't feed baby laying down in bed. Have at least a slight angle downwards from baby's head to toes. This also helps prevent ear infections.

Trick: Get a blanket or swaddling cloth. Put in the dryer to get warm. Then wrap baby in it. The warmth helps relieve the colic. Play the Sleep Sheep at the same time to help calm baby down.
