Hair Loss

Hair Loss may be caused by: Stress, Nutritional Deficiency, Hormonal Imbalances and Genetics.

Lifestyle, dietary and nutritional support have profound effects on most types of Hair Loss:

• Chlorine damages the hair protein matrix. Obtain a shower filter which removes chlorine to prevent further hair damage, dandruff and an itchy scalp.
• Reduce stress as increased levels of cortisol increase hair loss. Eat protein with each meal to balance blood sugar as this helps reduce anxiety. Maintain a sleep schedule. Improve deep sleep. Consider a multivitamin with potent Vitamin B support or Adrenal support.
• Balance hormones as imbalanced hormone levels induce hair loss. Elevated testosterone and hypothyroidism are common causes of hair loss. Ask your doctor to evaluate your Thyroid and Hormone Panel specific to your sex.
