Hi Mila -
I like the product Luffeel and believe it is a good product for you to try.
In addition to the Luffeel, consider also washing your sinuses to remove pollen and mold spores from your sinuses. If you rinse your sinuses daily or a few times a day, the allergens will be washed out thereby reducing the allergic reaction you experience from cedar and mold.
Make sure you add a pinch of salt and baking soda to the neti pot water before you flush your sinuses. You may choose which
neti pot you feel is best for you.
If you do not have an air filter in your home, I highly suggest one of those as well. The
Alen T300 or Alen A375UV as both will kill many allergens in the air due to the UV light.
Determine where the mold is coming from and try to get it removed and from coming back. Make sure you use a bathroom exhaust fan in your bathroom. Make windows ajar during the day in order to get air flow through the home.
Fish Oil and
Vitamin C are also powerful natural antihistamines. Research shows them to be quite effective at strengthening cell walls which prevent histamine from being released. We carry Fish Oil in capsules or liquid. We also carry Vitamin C in powder which is economical and easy to add to juice or water.
If you are still suffering from allergies after the above suggestions are followed, you may try something stronger.
