Q: My bottle is leaking by the Adapter Cap. What is wrong?
A: If the bottle leaks, odds are it's screwed on too tightly or the Spouts were wet. Loosen the Adapter Cap a bit - Moms say that if the Adapter Cap is over-tightened, it can leak. Dry the Spouts well. If the spouts are too wet when you put them in the Adapter Cap, it may cause the seal not to occur. Do not put the Spouts in the dishwasher. The are only meant to be boiled or hand-washed.
