Q: I recently purchased 3 water bottles from you. My water bottle top (sport top) seems to be malfunctioning. when I sip from the top it makes the noise of air going through and water is not really getting to my mouth easily. Is this common? -T.V.
Hello T.V.-
To remedy this issue simply loosen up the top until you notice that there is no more noise coming from the bottle. The bottle should not leak either, it should just be loose enough so it does not squeak and the water flow improves.

I have 3 kids and we have used the sippy cups for about 2 1/2 years now. They are great. I don't have to worry about warping (like the plastics do) in the DW. They tend to keep liquids a little cooler. I find that if there's more than one out at a time, I put a rubber band around the neck to ID which kid it belongs to. Just wish they would make some handles that fit (the avent sippy cup handles don't really work). We have 7, + 5 more =12 and work great for 3 kids. MUST HAVE. Will be able to either pass them onto other kids after mine are done or save them for grand kids. But really, my kids will be able to use them until they're teenagers, just change to the sport top. Worth the money.

We love this product enough that this is our second purchase of this particular item. We have a 20 month old daughter and we are so thankful that a product like this exists for someone her age so we can keep her from the harm of plastics. BPA-free or not, we don't trust plastic. Besides the safety of the product, we also have not had trouble with leaking which is nice.

I love this sippy cup! MY daughter also loves it! It keeps her drinks very cold. We had problems with another stainless steel sippy cup, so we would definately tell our friends about this one!
