- As the membership nears expiration, we will notify you via email . We
do not automatically enroll you for next year without your consent. We like the honest approach.You must purchase it each year for it to stay active. - For merchandise that is marked down from the original price, you will receive whichever discount is the greatest; the sale price, coupon discount percentage, or your membership discount percentage.
- Membership discount will NOT apply to items already on sale, lab testing or consults.
- Memberships are non-transferable which means they are assigned only to the billing account of the original transaction.
- Membership transactions have be shipped to a single address.
- Membership discounts apply only to merchandise unless otherwise specified. Membership discounts do not apply to Membership fees, sales tax, rush fees, shipping fees, restock fees, and other non-merchandise charges. We reserve the right to exclude any item from the program at any time.
- Membership discounts expire after one year unless the membership is renewed. Merchandise purchased during the benefit period of the Membership discount, but returned after the membership expires will be returned at the discounted price.
