How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on where you live in the continental U.S., your order will arrive in 2-10 business days if you qualify for free shipping or if you select our $6.95 flat rate shipping. The approximate times of the different shipping methods you may choose from are listed in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship packages outside the U.S.?
We surely do! We ship a lot internationally, especially to Canada, Australia, England, Taiwan, Japan, New Zealand, France, Brazil, Russia, Indonesia and more. Our international customers also have the option of choosing which shipping carrier and shipping speed they would like.

Federal Express gives us more than 60% off international shipping charges, and these savings get passed on to you! Due to the time it takes us to process international shipments, we are not able to offer free shipping for international orders over $75. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.

How much will my order cost to ship?
All USA orders cost only $6.95 in all 50 states. The more you add to your Cart, the more you save.
You can also qualify for free shipping in the USA on orders over $75.00.
For other shipping methods, such as Priority Mail, Overnight or Internationals, add all of the items you desire to the Cart and scroll down to where it says “Estimate Shipping and Tax.” Select your Country, State and the ZIP code that your order will be shipped to and click “Get Quote” to see what your options are. Simply select the one that works best for you and click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your order. It is that easy! Keep in mind that the quotes you are getting are real-time shipping quotes which pass on tremendous savings to you!

How do I track my shipment?

Do you keep your own stock?
The vast majority of the products we sell are kept in our own warehouse so that we can send your items quickly! We drop ship less than 2% of our products. The reason these products are drop shipped from the manufacturers is because they are very large and bulky items – such as organic mattresses.
