Hello. Thank you for the Klean Kanteen sippy bottle. The service was excellent. I received communication about my order continually throughout the purchase/shipping to confirm the order and keep me updated. The product arrived surprisingly very quickly (I live in Hawaii). The product was in perfect condition, all items were present. I especially appreciated the low waste packaging - just a cardboard box and corn starch peanut packing ... NO PLASTIC! WONDERFUL !!! It really makes a difference, living on an island community - limited land space, to reduce our waste that goes to the landfill. Thank you for being environmentally responsible! Aloha,
