Peat Facial Mask: treatment for acne, eczema, pimples and
loose skin
Torf Krasno’s Astringent Facial
Mask’s main ingredient is all natural, active Balneo peat. Peat naturally has abilities to draw, absorb,
tighten and provide nutrients.
How to Use:
Acne and eczema are conditions
one must treat internally as well as topically.
The peat facemask improves the surface and subsurface condition but not
the internal. The internal condition one
improves by dietary changes, pure water, essential fatty acids and natural
anti-inflammatories.
Healthy water is necessary for healthy skin. One must remove chlorine from drinking and
bathing water. Chlorine destroys
proteins, irritates and dehydrates skin.*
Wash face with quality soap
and warm water. Leave skin slightly
damp. Apply the astringent facemask onto
face keeping from eyes and lips. Allow facemask
to dry for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse with
warm water. Do not use soap.
Apply Torf
Krasno’s Facial Moisturizer after treatment. It is not advised to
use a different moisturizer as the therapeutic effects from the peat facemask
may be interrupted. It is necessary to
use a moisturizer that does not close pores or cause irritation with chemicals
or additives. The facial moisturizer contains
peat extract which continues to improve the skin after
the facemask treatment.
One must not use the astringent
peat facemask more than three times a week.
If one has sensitive skin, consider the astringent facial mask for
sensitive skin.
What to Expect:
As a therapeutic treatment
designed by dermatologists, the peat facemask cleans and detoxifies
deeply. This causes toxins and deposits
located deep beneath the skin to surface.
Surfacing toxins may cause a breakout.
Do not stop using the mask. Apply
as directed which is three times per week.
As your skin heals, the breakouts lessen and stop altogether. The peat facemask applications should
decrease as skin health improves. For
maintenance, an application of once a week may be necessary. For individuals that eliminate food
allergies, use healthy water and appropriate supplements, only one application
per month may be necessary.
Not all individuals
experience a breakout. Some individuals
experience a halt to breakouts after one application. In our experience, this is due to the level
of toxins beneath the skin surface. If
one has a history of taking steroids to suppress breakouts, expect a breakout
to occur. If an individual has been
attempting to resolve acne and eczema by altering diet and lifestyle, then
breakouts may not occur at all. The
facemask may be the final step in recovering fully. [if taking
steroids, do not stop without the advice of a physician]
If breakouts occur, please
consider altering your dietary intake and adding chlorine filtration to your
showerhead, bath water and sink faucet.
Supplements such as EPA/DHA from cold fish oil help restore the balance
of healthy cell membranes. Eliminating
allergic or food insensitivies are essential as
well.
Common allergens: egg, dairy products, wheat,
refined sugars as corn syrup, peanuts, potato
If redness or swelling
occurs, stop using the facemask. An
allergic reaction to the facemask may be the cause. This is highly unlikely as peat is
non-allergenic for the majority of people.
In the event this occurs, use the mild facial mask. The mild facial mask is for sensitive skinned
individuals. The difference between the
mild and strong facemask is that the strong facemask contains peat while the
mild facemask contains peat extract.
We have seen our facial mask
work on numerous individuals.
