Does the Grain Milling attachment work well and clean easily? Do you know what kind of grinding action it is?

Answer:

The Grain Mill cleans up easily but you cannot put it in water for cleaning. I would suggest some canned air to clean it with. The mill works good on coffee beans. It has 2 steel cutting plates that run very close together to grind the wheat or coffee or whatever you are doing.

I wanted to make some of the Ezekiel bread, and I found a site where I could order the ingredients. They include the beans and flours. I read where beans should be avoided. Is there any way I could grind that bread mix in my champion?

Will this work well on Wheat seeds that have been soaked and then let to dry for a little while?
The Champion Grain Mill works best with dry grains. Soaked grains may just mash and make a mess. Consider using just a coffee bean grinder for your soaked wheat seeds. Best Dr Ben
