- Ceramic Neti Kit
As seen on Oprah! Used by Dr. Oz
The Starter Kit contains everything needed for a daily nasal wash routine—Ceramic Neti Pot™, Neti Pot™ Salt 10 oz jar, and Neti Wash Plus® 2 oz bottle. The Himalayan Institute introduced the Neti Pot™ 35 years ago as the perfect tool to support sinus health. The Neti Pot™ naturally cleanses, refreshes, and protects the nasal passages and has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine to alleviate allergy and sinus problems.
Perfect for use with the nasal wash system, Neti Pot™ Salt is 99.99% USP grade salt, the highest purity salt commercially available. It is non-iodized and contains no additives or anti-caking agents. Use a heaping ¼ teaspoon per Neti Pot™ use. 10oz refillable jar with measuring spoon.
Neti Wash Plus® contains zinc and herbal extracts that add anti-microbial and anti-viral support to your nasal wash. Zinc helps to tone and astringe the nasal passages reducing excess mucus and promoting clear, healthy sinuses. Studies show that zinc can shorten the duration of a cold.

| Zinc acetate, Goldenseal root (Hydrastis canadensis), Phellodendron bark (Phellodendron amurense), Coptis root (Coptis chinensis), Barberry root bark (Berberis vulgaris), Grapefruit seed extract, vegetable glycerin and distilled, purified water. |

Great Value and Improved Health
Review by Tyler Murphy -
Rating My wife wanted to investigate the Neti Pot phenomenon after seeing it on an episode of Oprah featuring Dr. Oz. Apparently the combination of Oz and O was enough to convince her that Neti was the way to survive the winter and dry house here in the northeast. After much research she decided to order the Complete Neti Pot set from Himalayn Institute. The kit comes with a ceramic pot, noniodized salt and zinc suspension. After overcoming the initial strangeness of having water pour from your nostrils, we have both come to feel the benefits of this system, and now we Neti daily.

Use of Neti Pot
Review by Chong Cheng Hiang -
Rating I am sure the product treats what it is made for. However, I wish I knew better how to use it to the full effect. It took me a few days to use it correctly and I am still not good at it. I am just afraid the salt water might get into my brain or lungs although I know the chance is quite slim; I guess that is what the after use exercises are for. I am able to clear the excess mucus after use so I can feel the nose block subsides. I need to use it on both nostrils so for the moment I have not felt that the sinus headaches have gone away. I have been using it for 5 days.

Rating Two things I've found out - this works, and a lot more people have Neti pots than you'd think. My sinuses are awful. They go off for any reason: pollution, cat hair, bad vibes. You just get into the rhythm of using this and before you know it you can actually SMELL again. It's uncomfortable to use at first. Not the stuffing the ceramic thing up your nose - that's a sure reminder of early childhood. Probably a great way to work out your issues, if you have them. Anyway, it's the 'crawlies' you get up the back of your neck when the water hits that bit right near your brain. Really unpleasant. You are supposed to hold still while the water works it's way from one sinus passage to the other. Sure. Until the crawlies hit. Then you simultaneously try to rub the back of your neck, stand still, and NOT blow water out your nose. Do yourself a favor and get used to this over the bathtub. It can get messy. I am pleased to tell you that the crawlies DO go away after a while. Warm water makes it better, too. This kit has everything in it you need: salt, super duper liquid stuff, instructions and pot. Get the kit - it's cheaper than buying the Neti Wash separately, and it does make a difference if you have a cold, or are just particularly snotty the day you use it. The instructions have some helpful Yoga positions you can assume to help blow water out of your nose. If you get really good at it you can make a serious impact on the sink. This is probably unhealthy, so don't do that. I think Neti pots are a single user deal, like with toothbrushes. It's up to you. If you love your partner so much you'd share all their various personal hygiene devices, I guess sharing a Neti pot isn't an issue. It's not like the thing get's nasty - it's really very clean. But I am NOT sharing mine.

Might be what you're looking for
Review by Noel Brusman -
Rating As a person who's suffered from a chronic stuffy nose for decades (I think I'm allergic to dogs), I have looked for an alternative to nasal sprays and the Neti pot is it. Easy to use, attractive, and effective, it's worth a try.
