Adult: take 3 to 4 tablets three to four times a day.
Children: take 2 tablets 3 to 4 times a day.
Infant: 1 tablet may be dissolved in warm water three times a day and placed in mouth with a dropper. Do not put dropper in mouth.

Acute cases of sudden onset: take one dose 1 to 2 hours apart and decrease frequency as symptoms improve.
Acute, severe or painful cases: dose every 15 minutes to an hour, and decrease frequency with improvement.

Cell Salt Introduction
Cell salts, also known as tissue salts, were developed by Dr William H. Schuessler, a German physician, in the late 1800's. He recognized that the inoganic salts found in us have specific physiologic functions. If a salt is low, a unique pathology develops which is improved by adding the missing salt back into the diet.
Using Hahneman's homeopathic reasoning, he experimented using diluted and potentized forms of salts and found that the salts worked better in this form as compared to normal ingested salts.
Value of Cell Salts
- restores healthy function nutritionally rather than suppressing symptoms
- inexpensive
- very easy to learn
- easy to take
- safe - very useful for treating children and elders
- can be used to treat animals and pets
- act quickly
The Twelve Cell Salts
The cell salts come in a variety of combinations and potencies. The most common potency is 6x. The cations are: Calcium, Iron (Ferrum), Potassium (Kali), Magnesium, Sodium (Natrum) and Silica (Silicea) The anions: Chloride (Muriaticum, Fluoride, Phosphorus and Sulphur. Basic chemical bonding: Cation (positive) binds to Anion (negative) Thus, the combinations of cells salts are made. Each cell salt is explained in broad detail allowing you to choose which salt is best for your condition. It is not wise to always take the twelve cells salts, BioPlasma, as this burderns the body.
How to Select and Use Cell Salts
The most effective way to choose the appropriate cell salt is to use a cell salt repertory.

The basics: Choose the most bothersome symptom and look for it in our guide. With acute problems, symptoms change so change the cell salt as well. As the problem changes, keep changing the cell salt. In the end, all symptoms will disappear and this shows that the body has returned to a healthy balance.
How to Take Cell Salts
If you remember only one thing it is this: It is not the amount of cell salts you take, rather it is frequency. Thus, taking 10 tabs of a cell salt two times a day is not nearly as effective as taking 5 tabs four times a day. It does not matter if it is with or without meals yet it is advised that the mouth be free of all things. Rinse mouth with water, add cell salts tabs under the tongue and wait until they fully dissolve. They dissolve quickly. This allows the salt to enter the bloodstream directly. Do not swallow as they will not work nearly as well - if at all. For fastest impact, dissolve cell salt tabs in an ounce of warm water, swish in mouth, do not swallow for 30 seconds to a minute, then swallow.
One may add the cell salts to a water bottle for a days supply. This is a great way to maintain hydration and not worry about forgetting to take them. For example, count how many tabs you need to take in a day. Best to take 5 or so tabs four to five times per day. Thus, add about 25 tabs of each salt into your water bottle and drink through the day. If you take Kali Phos and Silicea to improve test taking, add 25 tabs of Kali Phos and 25 tabs of Silicea into your water bottle and drink throughout the day. Or you may take 5 tabs of each during the exam.
