  • Hi Dr. Ben. I want to thank you for all your support and information. I wish I had found your website earlier, but I am so grateful for it now! You're helping people in great ways and at the same time, teaching people that they don't need to dependent on the money-hungry pharmaceutical companies that most doctors direct us to. I tend to have acne. It was horrible for my whole life (and I've been on LOTS of antibiotics) until a couple of years ago when I finally saw some more holistic doctors who had me eliminate most foods for a year and my skin got much better (I also was diagnosed with Lupus, Sjogren's Syndrome, arthritis and hypothyroidism after my son was born 14 years ago; these conditions have also improved considerable). I usually stay away from gluten and dairy (especially pasteurized, non-organic). I just had another issue pop up for which I did a ten-day liquid cleanse and my skin looked amazing (but I don't want to be on a lifetime liquid diet:)!). I find probiotics also tend to help. My nutrient absorption is not very good and I've had a couple of parasites over the past couple of years when I tested for them. I've just read about the cell salts on your website and there are a couple that seem to help with acne, and knowing some of these health issues I have, can you recommend a cell salt (and/or something else) that might help?

  • Hello - Thank you for the compliments ;) Glad to hear you are making improvements. The best cell salts to use are the Acne - Tissue D. You may add a few drops of water to these and make a paste. Apply to your face and allow to dry. Then, after 15 minutes or so, wash off. Also - add 25 tablets of this to a liter of filtered water and drink throughout the day. Probiotics are critical with acne. I recommend you try ProBiota 12 Powder by Seeking Health. It is potent, multistrain and very effective for many people.
