About the People of HealthE Goods:

Benjamin Lynch, ND Founder

Ben graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor of science in Cell and Molecular Biology. While at the UW, Ben rowed three years for the Huskies on the varsity crew team. At the end of his Junior year, Ben took a year off to travel throughout the South Pacific and SE Asia. Ben volunteered with Mother Teresa in Calcutta, worked as one of seven cowboys on a seven million acre cattle station in Outback Australia, lived with a Fijian family on a remote island and was a crew member on a 70' schooner from Australia to Indonesia. These world experiences taught Ben how to effectively listen, honor and understand people of all types. The year long backpacking trip also planted the seed of Complementary and Alternative Medicine. While in India, Ben became severely ill. Having thought he had malaria, his East Indian friend took him to a local Ayurvedic physician. After taking prescribed herbal medicines, Ben felt better within the hour. From then on, Ben decided to learn more about this effective form of medicine. Ben graduated from Bastyr University in June 2007 with a doctorate in naturopathic medicine. During clinical training, Ben became aware of Environmental Medicine. He sought out the best physicians and trained with them. Ben had the opportunity to work side-by-side with William Rea, MD, the world's leading Clinical Ecologist. Having seen patients suffering from chronic diseases caused by environmental exposures, Ben has carefully sought out effective health products and lifestyle techniques. Ben intends to specialize in Environmental Medicine and 'medical conundrums.' His goal is to eventually open a large facility where hundreds of people can be treated inexpensively using the ancient methods of hydrotherapy. Ben currently lives in the Seattle area with his wife, Nadja, and their three boys: Tasman, Matvei and Theodore.

Nadja Lynch Founder

Nadja was raised in Narva, Estonia and in the Russian countryside along a remote river during the summers. She is a former young track star in hurdles and sprints. Nadja graduated with a degree in Management with a focus in chemical-free cosmetics. Now she is full-time with three young boys at home and very active in the local Russian community.

Jennifer Rew Office Manager

Jennifer has lived near both USA coasts, numerous places in between and since 1996, she has lived in Seattle. Jennifer earned her degree in Family Studies. Her interest in nutrition and alternative health practices has been present since early college days as she originally began her degree in Nutrition. Jennifer studies various related topics on her own since then. She left the corporate world behind in 2004 to be a stay at home mother. Her drive to help others be well has brought her back into the workforce as a recent addition to the HealthE Goods team.

To provide and inform the public about safe, proven and effective natural health products; to provide current and useful natural health information while teaching the importance of disease prevention and health promotion.


To have our customers help promote complementary and alternative medicine as an effective means of disease prevention and health promotion.

At HealthE Goods, we reuse, reduce and recycle to the fullest extent. Website companies can use a ton of cardboard, paper and create loads of trash daily if not careful.

We are careful. In one week, we don't even fill up a residential sized garbage can of trash. How many companies with 5 employees running a warehouse and shipping products in and out can say that? One as far as I know.

• Reuse incoming peanuts from our suppliers.
• Reuse boxes from our incoming shipments and from other sources.
• Purchase biodegradable recycled content boxes and packing peanuts.
• Print your Sales Receipt on 100% recycled paper double-sided with our return policy.
• We recycle all our printer cartridges.
• We do not print Packing Slips. We use your Sales Receipt to pick and pack your order. Your sales receipt looks pretty fancy because of this dual use - and it cost a pretty penny to create. This trick alone saves more than 150 pages a day - and growing. That is a ton of paper.
• We use fluorescent energy bulbs in our office and warehouse. When these bulbs expire, we take them to Home Depot to recycle. It is a must that fluorescent energy bulbs are recycled as they contain mercury. Home Depot has an excellent free fluorescent bulb recycle program. Keep mercury out of our soils, water and kids.
