Emotional Freedom Technique: It Works

I am becoming more and more versed as a clinician.
My first months working with patients I was always leaning towards prescribing supplements, exercise, hot baths, sauna, etc.
Now I listen.
I am finding that the true cause of many disease states or imbalances in patients are not a lack of this or that or an excess of this or that - it is rather lifestyle.
Lifestyle wreaks havoc on many of us.
Especially emotionally.
Emotions are directly tied to our brain which are directly tied to hormones which directly tie to immune function and stress levels.
An effective home technique which you may do is called Emotional Freedom Technique.
Gary Craig of EMOFree states "EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) was originally designed to reduce the psychotherapy process from months and years down to minutes and hours. From there it was discovered that astonishing physical healings also occurred. Symptoms faded for everything from Migraine Headaches to Cancer. It often works where nothing else will."
That is a big statement.
I urge you to evaluate it yourself. Get his Emotional Freedom Techniques Get Started Package and How To Manual at no charge. Read it. Practice it.
Once you've done those, explore his Emotional Freedom Technique DVD Library
Then see how you feel.
In health,
Ben

Ben, I stumbled across your blog as I was looking for relief of sinus issues...I actually was reading a post of yours from 2005 on Nasal Irrigation and had some questions for you. BUT when the link on your profile did not work. Was not sure how to get in touch with you.
I didn't know you could study to be a Naturopathic Doctor...that's Awesome. I know you doctors exist, but didn't know there were med schools out there specifically for this. Anyway, would love to ask some questions if it's possible. I'm just a wife and mom seeking to keep myself and family healthy.
Thanks! Oh my email is heathercastro@gmail.com
I'm glad I found your blog! I'm always looking for good blogs about increasing your lifestyle written by people who actually know what they're talking about. It's great that you're going into this field.
Great post! By the way, the emotional freedom technique definitely does work!
